Air Sensors Can WORK

I’m frequently asked about how long air sensors last and if they produce reliable data, in essence are they worth it? The short answer is yes.

If properly maintained and calibrated, air sensors can have a long lifespan and provide meaningful data to assist in understanding local air quality. In the spring of 2017, I set up a PM2.5 sensor in Petaluma, CA and the three-years of data collected since illustrate the reliability of these sensors. Check out this graphic summarizing what I observed.
